TERMS & CONDITIONS (SUMMARY) By attending AB International Congress by Sensual Madness, you agree to the following:

• All tickets are final and non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the organiser.

• Name changes are allowed via the official ticketing platform before the event.

• The event is filmed and photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness and voice for promotional and commercial purposes worldwide, without compensation. Exclusion requests must be made in writing prior to the event.

• Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage or theft during the event.

• The organiser may refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behaviour without refund.

• Event programme, artists, schedule and venue are subject to change.

• The organiser is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond control (force majeure).

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES (RESUMEN)
Al asistir a AB International Congress by Sensual Madness, aceptas lo siguiente:

• Todas las entradas son finales y no reembolsables, salvo decisión del organizador.

• Se permiten cambios de nombre a través de la plataforma oficial antes del evento.

• El evento será filmado y fotografiado. Al asistir, consientes el uso de tu imagen, voz y semejanza para fines promocionales y comerciales a nivel mundial, sin compensación. Las solicitudes de exclusión deben realizarse por escrito antes del evento.

• La asistencia es bajo tu propia responsabilidad. El organizador no se hace responsable de lesiones, pérdidas, daños o robos durante el evento.

• El organizador puede denegar la entrada o expulsar a cualquier asistente por comportamiento inapropiado sin derecho a reembolso.

• El programa, artistas, horarios y ubicación pueden estar sujetos a cambios.

• El organizador no se responsabiliza de cancelaciones o cambios debidos a circunstancias fuera de su control (fuerza mayor).
